Ingredients

Coco Bean Brownies are delivered with a full ingredients list including allergen information. Please contact me if you have queries regarding ingredients or allergens. Allergens including nuts, sesame, eggs, dairy, gluten and soya are all ingredients used in our kitchen premises. We therefore can never guarantee that traces of these allergens will not be found in other foods.

 

Storage & Consumption

On delivery Coco Bean Brownies should be consumed within 7 days and kept in an airtight container or can be placed in a freezer for upto 3 months. 

Personal Message

You have an option of sending a short personal message with your brownies. Please note that we will reject any messages that we feel are defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive, indecent and obscene or in breach of confidence, copyright or other legal rights.

Payment

All online payments are taken by PayPal  for secure credit/debit card transactions. In the event that you wish to pay by cheque, you must contact us directly - telephone 07919077187. We cannot dispatch packages until payment has been received and funds cleared.

Delivery

Delivery charges are included in the prices quoted.  We use APC, a courier firm, who do not usually deliver on Saturdays but at an additional cost they will, please contact me if this is your wish.  

Please note that in times of adverse weather conditions, parcels with our courier firm may be delayed and we cannot guarantee that they will be delivered in the above time frames.

For standard flavours:  If we receive your order by 10am (Monday - Thursday) your order will be dispatched the same business day and delivered the following day. If we receive your order after 10am your order will be dispatched the following day and delivered the next working day after that. If we receive your order between 10am and 5pm on a Thursday, the first available delivery day will be Monday (unless a Bank Holiday Monday). If we receive your order any time Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday, the first available delivery day will be Tuesday (or Wednesday in the case of a Bank Holiday Monday). Delivery via courier takes 1 working day from dispatch. You may choose your own delivery date, please contact me for this option. In the unlikely event that we cannot send your order on the next working day, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery day. No orders will be posted or delivered on public holidays. We cannot offer a time slot for your delivery. Deliveries could occur any time between 8am and 6pm.  

For bespoke flavours:  I will aim to turn your order around for delivery as soon as possible, we will discuss this at time of order.

A signature is required for delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left with details for the recipient to contact the courier company and re-arrange a suitable delivery day or collect the parcel from the courier depot. You may leave instructions for the courier to leave the parcel in a 'safe' place, but this must be done at the time of ordering. Please note that Coco Bean will not be responsible for missing parcels if the parcel has been left in a 'safe' place. Only one delivery attempt is made by the courier company until the recipient arranges a suitable second delivery day. It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the courier company within 3 days of receiving their calling card to make arrangements; otherwise the courier company will return the parcel to Coco Bean. Coco Bean will not be responsible for the non-delivery of a parcel after the first delivery attempt and calling card is left. Coco Bean will not be responsible if the courier cannot gain access to the property grounds to deliver the parcel or to leave a calling card. It will be the recipient's responsibility to pick up the parcel from the courier's depot after this time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time up until 11am on the day of dispatch. We can only accept cancellations by written medium (post or email). We regret that we cannot accept cancellations after the order has been dispatched as the brownies are classed as fresh food and are perishable items.

Returns

If in the unlikely event that you have a complaint or problem with the ordered items, we must receive your complaint in writing and all packages must be returned to us by post within the best-before date of the brownies.
